We offer a quiet and cozy, one level self- contained apartment. The bedroom has a queen bed and a view out into the woods. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and private deck out front. Some guests have liked that the apartment is all on one floor and doesn’t involve stairs. High speed internet.

Unit 2- Two bedroom Apartment $160/night
We also offer a two level, self contained, spacious apartment. Large upstairs bedroom with a queen bed and comfortable sitting area. On the first level, there is a full kitchen, lounge, dining area and bathroom. There is also a small bedroom with a full size bed. High speed internet.

Unit 3 – Rustic Sleep-Out Cabin
This delightful 12×16 foot cabin is very special. It is like fancy-camping, a very comfortable, nature experience. Two sides have screens. It sits on the edge of the woods looking down on a small pond with abundant wildlife- ducks, deer, etc. It has two single beds which can be pushed together for a couple. It has electricity. Awnings can be lowered in case of rain. There is a compost toilet just outside.
There is a communal bath house with a solar hot water shower and an outside kitchen and eating area nearby which are also used by WWOOFERS.
Accommodations at Nearby Lake House in Surry Maine $2000/week
Our lake house is on pristine and peaceful Toddy Pond. It has four bedrooms and sleeps eight.
The water access is one of the best on the pond. It has a sandy bottom and gradual- very safe for children. Most properties on this pond have steep, rocky or muddy access or from a dock.
We have 5 kayaks, a windsurfer, small rowboat and a canoe plus life jackets. We ask renters to sign a liability waiver if they use any of the watercraft. There are organic blueberries to pick mid summer in our fields along the road behind the house.
